Manic makes me happy!

Going to Manic Training regularly is the best thing Ive done for myself. With two young kids, I'm typically the last person I take care of. Before Manic, my workout consisted of 30 minutes of cardio where I put in very little effort, often reading at the same time. Manic was totally outside my comfort zone- even the name made me nervous- but I decided to give it a try after seeing John train my sons youth soccer team. I love every Manic workout because they are challenging, dynamic, and they work every part of your body. Since joining Manic, I've lost 10 lbs and my body shape has changed in a way I never thought was possible at 40. I feel stronger and more confident, not just physically but mentally as well. I look forward to every Manic workout and I come home a happier mom and wife. One year later, I'm proud of overcoming my fears and doing something outside my comfort zone because when you get outside that zone, that's when the magic happens. I've become a stronger version of myself and along the way I've made some great new friends with the same health goals as me. Manic makes me happy!
